Overview

This brief interactive course teaches you how to be more inclusive in the workplace, specifically to accommodate those that are Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing. Accessibility is a growing topic in today’s world, and it is important that we teach applicable and relevant strategies.

Design & Process

There are 8 different categories the learner can explore to learn a quick tip and trick to implement during their next meeting. There is also a job aid at the end of the course with these tips in a shortened, easy to reference format. The ADDIE Model was used in this design. A needs analysis was conducted, along with online research. A course outline followed this step. After this, a design document and storyboard was built. This led to mockups in Adobe XD, and then the final product was built in Storyline.
